Spingranny Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ceshiroza SRL, the company that operates Spingranny under gaming licence ALSI-202408027-FI2 issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and the process for resolving disputes. By accessing or using Spingranny in any capacity, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

About us and licensing
Spingranny is operated by Ceshiroza SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. The service runs under a single multi-product authorisation, licence number ALSI-202408027-FI2, granted by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, covering casino, live casino, and sportsbook including esports. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rica. Ceshiroza SRL operates Spingranny as part of a wider network of casino brands that share a common platform.
Account registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and access will be suspended until that proof is provided to our satisfaction. You may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be closed without notice. Registration data must be accurate and kept current, and you must not register on behalf of another person. Residents of jurisdictions listed on our published restricted-countries list are not eligible to register or play. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be repeated when a new payment method is added or at any other stage we consider necessary. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms, and to withhold funds where a breach is established.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, SEPA, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, Paysafecard, Neosurf, and a range of cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, SOL, and XRP, as well as regional methods such as Interac and PIX where available in your location. The minimum deposit is approximately €20, varying by country and method. Withdrawals are returned to the method used for the original deposit wherever the method supports it, and your account must be verified before any withdrawal is processed. The minimum withdrawal is €50, rising to €120 depending on your country of residence and the method selected. Casino-side withdrawal processing takes up to 72 hours, with most payouts completed within 24 business hours of approval; bank transfers then require up to a further 5 business days, while cryptocurrency withdrawals clear within minutes of release. Wins above €10,000 are paid in monthly instalments capped at €10,000 per instalment until the full amount is settled. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and rise with your Loyalty Rank; your current limits are displayed in the cashier. Deposited funds must be played through at least 3 times before a withdrawal is permitted. All payment instruments must be personally and solely owned by you; deposits made using shared, business, or third-party accounts may be confiscated.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonuses unless a promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount, with the HighRoller reload carrying a 35x requirement and sportsbook bonuses carrying a 5x requirement. While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet is €5 (or 10 CAD, 10 AUD, or 5 CHF), including bets doubled after a round and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is 5x the bonus amount; winnings from free spins are capped at €50 or the local equivalent. Bonus validity is 14 days from crediting, with Welcome Package bonuses valid for 7 days; any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at expiry are forfeited. Game contributions toward wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10% each, and table games, instant win, scratch cards, live games, and originals 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. A bonus may be cancelled before wagering begins with no loss of your own deposited funds; cancelling after play has started forfeits both the bonus and any winnings derived from it. We reserve the right to revoke bonuses and withhold associated winnings where we identify advantage play, collusion, or any other form of bonus abuse.
Responsible gambling
We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion as account-level tools, all accessible directly from your account settings. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected] . Complaints that are not resolved at the initial support level are escalated to a manager, and we will keep you informed of the status throughout the process. If a complaint remains unresolved after internal escalation, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body, a relevant gaming authority, or the Gaming Board of Anjouan as the licensing regulator. Server logs constitute the reference record in any dispute concerning game outcomes or transaction history.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by email to your registered address or by a notice posted on the site, and the updated terms will state their effective date. Continued use of Spingranny after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
